Stay on course when technology changes how we work.

I’m Saskia Listle. I’ve spent my career right where new technology meets the way how people really work. Leaders and teams call me when something needs to change and the usual fixes haven’t stuck. I help them find out what’s going on, decide what to do and make it last in everyday work.

Hello, I’m Saskia.

What do you need right now?

Ways to work together

What people call me for:

No need for a finished brief. If one of the following sounds familiar, let's start there.

01

Strategy & leadership coaching

You keep going round in circles.

For leaders and founders who are steering a course correction without a map. We work on the question that you can’t put your finger down on. I listen closely and ask questions, and bring a fresh perspective.

“She has this wonderful gift to clarify my thoughts through asking questions and guide me towards the next important steps through her reflective, honest and empathic way.”

Strategy

The same issue keeps coming back.

You’ve changed the plan, the people or the tool, and the problem is still there. First we look under the surface: how are decisions made and how is the work organised. Then we agree what changes and who owns it.

“…she extremely helped in thinking outside the box and coming up with a creative solution no matter how complex the situation was.”

AI at work

The tools have arrived. The rules for using them haven’t.

Which tasks can AI help with, and which should people keep? Who is responsible for the result? We go through your team’s actual tasks and agree what people need to know, learn and what they stay responsible for.

“Before I met Saskia, I felt overwhelmed with setting up effective work processes and deciding on the right tools to automate my business. Saskia helped me understand the mental blocks that I had generated and kept me unconsciously from growing my business.”

Facilitation

Your team needs to make a decision together.

I design and lead workshops and offsites around the decision you need to make, so that people leave with an answer they can act on rather than a flipchart.

“Combined with a good portion of humour she gave a great informative talk that started a strong discussion.”

Organisations I’ve worked with

Selected work

What my work looks like in practice:

Consulting & coaching · one year

Three companies, one team.

Situation
Three companies had merged into one, and their IT had to follow. A newly formed team had to move everyone onto the same systems while establishing new structures for the team as well. It had a core group and support staff across the business. One of its two leads knew me from an MIT Professional Education course that I facilitate and asked me to help structure the team.
What I did
Choosing the systems turned out to be the smallest part of the job. I helped them keep the setup as simple as possible and work out where AI could help. The bigger part of the work took a year. I coached both leads on the kind of leaders they wanted to be. We also worked on how to bring people onto one way of working when they had done things their own way for years..
What changed
A successful integration of several locations into one big and homogenous structure. Both leads were promoted.

“She has supported me to become a stronger ‘bridge builder,’ enhancing my ability to connect diverse teams and stakeholders to generate meaningful value for our business.”

Coaching

Radical ideas, the right collaborators.

Situation
A founder with radical ideas wanted to say what they really thought, without putting off the collaborators they needed.
What I did
I listened, asked questions and helped them explore what was really behind the worry.
What changed
The founder stopped second-guessing and went their own way, with new confidence and strength.

“Saskia guided me through the process of exploring the nuances of what was concerning me, until I settled into feeling peaceful and confident in my chosen approach.”

Mentoring

Pitch the use, not the technology.

Situation
A group of students with a strong technical idea entered a startup competition.
What I did
Before, their slide deck was a technical description of how their product works. I told them to spend more time explaining what their product could change. We reworked their pitch deck focussing on how their technology made life easier for their customers, in terms an investor would find interesting and understand.
What changed
They won the competition and ever since went on to gain international Excellence Prices and secure funding.

“Saskia helped our team win the Jacobs University-Bremen International Startup Competition, and her guidance has helped us take our product to the next level!”

Why I do what I do

Saskia Listle
Work that fits the people.
Tools that fit the work.
What could change if we focused on how people and technology work together, and not in competition with each other?

The person behind the work

I speak technology. I speak people.

I started in digital strategy and transformation and worked on projects for many different companies. Again and again, the same thing happened: A company brought in a new tool but didn’t involve the people who would use it. The tool went live, but people didn't use it the way it was planned, so the benefits never manifested.

So I learned the other half, the people side. Today I work as a coach, organisational strategist and facilitator, and I still do what I’ve always been good at: turn the “IT blah blah” into language everyone in the room can use.

I also facilitate MIT Professional Education programmes, including on Agentic AI, so I hear what leaders are asking about AI right now.

and their training.

Speaking & workshops

Leave the buzzwords ashore.

I speak to leaders and mixed audiences about AI, expertise and how people learn at work. In plain language, with humour, and with something people can use on Monday.

“She managed to explain the basics of digitalization to a very heterogenous group in a very vivid and easily understandable way - with easy language, but without the typical buzzword bingo. […] Saskia knows what she is talking about and is as great a speaker as she is a consultant.”
